I appreciate the general aroma of this post. It smells positive and thoughtful. However. Are you crazy?? You want to build a professional corporate team based on the nostalgic musings from adolescent restaurant days? Sure we remember the good times. It's the way our brains are wired. Personally, I keep my workplace professional and my leisure time with friends loose. And it's very rare that they interact. I don't socialize with coworkers and I don't take on serious work projects with friends. Maybe it's just me, but it just never works well. Well. I appreciate the general aroma of this post.
